ConfigurableAddressProviderFactory Methods

Instantiate an IAddressProvider configured according to the specified XML. The passed XML has to conform to the following format:

              <!ELEMENT ... (socket-address+ | address-provider)>
              <!ELEMENT address-provider
                (class-name | (class-factory-name, method-name), init-params?>
              <!ELEMENT socket-address (address, port)>
