hour: Type: SystemInt32
The hours (0 through 23).
minute: Type: SystemInt32
The minutes (0 through 59).
second: Type: SystemInt32
The seconds (0 through 59).
nanosecond: Type: SystemInt32
The nanoseconds (0 through 999999999).
isUTC: Type: SystemBoolean
true if the time value is UTC or false if the time value does not have an explicit time zone.
