hour
Type: SystemInt32
The hour number.
minute
Type: SystemInt32
The minute number.
second
Type: SystemInt32
The second number.
nano
Type: SystemInt32
The nanosecond number.
isUTC
Type: SystemBoolean
true for UTC, false for no time zone.

Return Value

Type: String
A time string.
Remarks
Time format is the simplest applicable of the following formats:
  • HH:MM
  • HH:MM:SS
  • HH:MM:SS.MMM
  • HH:MM:SS.NNNNNNNNN
