Parameters

index
Type: SystemInt32
The property index to read.
dict
Type: System.CollectionsIDictionary
The optional IDictionary to initialize.

Return Value

Type: IDictionary
An IDictionary of key/value pairs object values, or null if no dictionary is passed and there is no key/value data in the POF stream.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
InvalidOperationException If the POF stream has already advanced past the desired property.
ArgumentNullException If dict is null.
IOException If an I/O error occurs.
