Type: SystemInt32
The property index.
value
Type: SystemInt32
The Int32 property value to write.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
ArgumentException If the property index is invalid, or is less than or equal to the index of the previous property written to the POF stream.
IOException If an I/O error occurs.
