Type: SystemInt32
The property index to read.

Return Value

Type: Int16
The Int16 property value, or zero if no value was available in the POF stream.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
InvalidOperationException If the POF stream has already advanced past the desired property.
IOException If an I/O error occurs.
