Remarks
Note that this overrides the contract of the GetHashCode() method
in the super interface IXmlValue. The hash value is defined as a
xor of the following:
- the GetHashCode() from the element's value (i.e. base.GetHashCode())
- the GetHashCode() from each attribute name
- the GetHashCode() from each attribute value
- the GetHashCode() from each sub-element
