Parameters

reader
Type: Tangosol.IO.DataReader
The stream containing the POF date-time value.

Return Value

Type: DateTime
A literal DateTime value.
Remarks
This method will ignore any time zone information (if present), and return literal date-time value, as encoded in the stream.
