Domain Partition: Services:Path Services
Configuration Options Related Tasks Related Topics
A path service is persistent map that can be used to store the mapping of a group of messages in a message Unit-of-Order to a messaging resource in a cluster. It provides a way to enforce ordering by pinning messages to a member of a cluster hosting servlets, distributed queue members, or store-and-forward agents.
For path services that are scoped to a resource group template, you cannot edit them at the partition or resource group level. The properties of these resources apply to the entire domain. To edit these resources, expand the Services node in the Domain Structure pane, then select the resource you want to edit. Changes to any properties apply to the entire domain.
This page summarizes the path service instances that have been configured for this domain partition.
NOTE: WebLogic Server Multitenant domain partitions are deprecated in WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0. The related Console and help pages will be removed in the next release.
