Create a Workbook Theme

You can create a workbook theme by updating an existing theme and saving it with a new name to share with others. For example, you might want a new workbook theme called Redwood Dark that's based on the Redwood theme, but uses a darker color palette.

  1. On the Home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, then select Open.
  2. Click the workbook Menu and select Workbook Themes.
  3. If you want to create a workbook theme based on one that's not currently selected, click Theme, and select one of the Shared Themes. For example select Redwood.
  4. Click Workbook styles to change workbook style settings.
  5. Click Visualization styles to change visualization style settings.
  6. Click Save as a new shared theme, enter a name and click Create.
  7. Click OK.
