Create a Modified Workbook Theme

You can update a workbook theme and save it to an automatically-generated modified theme name. For example, if you modify the Redwood theme, the workbook theme name automatically changes to Redwood (modified), and you can then save it using the new name, and including your modifications.

  1. On the Home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, then select Open.
  2. Click the workbook Menu and select Workbook Themes.
  3. Optional: If you want to select a theme to modify, click Theme, and select the theme. For example select Redwood.
  4. Click Workbook styles to modify workbook style settings.
  5. Click Visualization styles to modify visualization style settings.
    Any changes you make to a visualization in the Properties pane, General tab, take precedence over changes you make here.
  6. Click OK.
