Oracle Empirica Signal maintains a signal review history that includes the tracked alerts marked as reviewed at the time each comment was submitted as well as statistics about the cases reviewed.

1. In the left navigation pane, click the Signal Review icon ().
2. (Optional) From the Products By drop-down list, select a product grouping, then select a card to filter the Products table.
3. Click the product's Row Action Menu () and select View Product-Event Combinations, or click the product name or total count.
4. Click the product-event combination's Row Action Menu () and click View Signal History.
5. From the Signal set drop-down lists, select the signal set for which you want to view a history, or select All to include all data. You can select up to two different signal sets at a time to display graphs for each of them.

   Note:

   If you are working with a multisource signal configuration, signal sets from secondary configurations are identified by a prefix matching the secondary configuration label, defined when creating the multisource signal configuration.

   The Signal History includes the following information:

   • The name of the product and event (PT) and the HLT, HLGT, and SOC that include the PT.
   • A trend graph that shows the EBGM, EB05, and EB95 values over time.
   • A histogram that shows the total count of cases with the product-event combination over time.
   • Statistical scores for the PT and HLT and SOC, if available. The statistics that are displayed depends on the signal management configuration.
   • If Oracle Empirica Signal has been integrated with Oracle Empirica Topics, the title of the Comments table changes to Comments and Topic Associations. The expanded table includes rows related to an associated topic. Additional columns include Topic Association and Topic Name. Topic Association shows whether the association was Created, Removed, or Modified.
   • The Alerts column displays an icon for each alert that has been reviewed. The icon abbreviation and color match the current abbreviation and color for that alert type. Alerts from prior refreshes appear on a separate line.

   The detailed information about the product-event combination might include multiple signal sets.

6. To save the signal history as an attachment to a topic, next to the Signal Set drop-down, click Save to Topic.

   The signal set graphs and statistics are attached to a PDF file.

7. When you have finished viewing the signal history, click Close.
