Validation error occurs for Date/Time form items

Now, the system correctly validates Date/Time form items based on the site's defined time zone. Previously, the system considered the time zone set on the user's computer to validate Date/Time form entries, resulting in a validation error. If the time zone of the user's computer was set ahead of the site's time zone, a future date validation error would occur, even if the time was entered correctly.

Code Break and Code View options are available for subjects prior to randomization

Now, the Code Break and Code View options are not available in the Manage drop-down before a subject has been randomized. Previously, these options appeared in the Manage drop-down for subject prior to randomization.
