Subject Data Extract now includes forms with no data

The Subject Data Extract now includes constructed datasets for all forms, even for forms with no subject data.

Previously, the Subject Data Extract did not include a dataset for forms that contained no data. Hence, depending on the output format, those forms were either not included in the extract or included but without a constructed column heading. A dataset with undefined columns would not show any data.

With this enhancement, the Subject Data Extract contains a constructed dataset for all forms, regardless of the existing records. Now, the datasets of forms with no data include fixed study information and all form items with the appropriate column names, as for the other datasets of forms where data is present. This ensures a stable and consistent data structure in the extracts, which allows SAS programmers to work with all forms datasets earlier, as soon as the form has been approved. Additionally, this makes it possible to work in advance with those forms that are not used very often in the study.
