Incorrect Subject Data Extract file name format prohibits third-party vendor pickup

Now, the date portion of the filename format is generated correctly, allowing a third-party tool to successfully retrieve the Subject Data Extract file from the Oracle sFTP server. Previously, the file name format generated a file name with a date string that was not expected.
