Form status updates and projected visits are not processing for all subjects

Now, the FORM_STATUS event processes successfully for all subjects after processing the first 100 subjects and moving them from IN_PROGRESS to SUCCESS. Previously, when a FORM_STATUS event was created for more than 100 subjects, only a portion of subjects would be processed.

For example, when a FORM_STATUS event for 250 subjects was created, the system would only process the first 100 subjects.
