Oracle Clinical One Analytics

Rows deleted from a two-section form are marked as not deleted in (DMW) Clinical data extract tables if you update the flat section of the form

Now, rows deleted in the repeating section of a two-section form retain the status DELETED = Y (Yes) in Oracle Clinical One Analytics data extract tables after editing a question in the flat section of the form.

Previously, the status of the deleted repeating rows was updated to DELETED = N (No), adopting the status of the item edited in the flat section of the form. (Issue 36293970)

Note:

The scope of impact and fix for this bug (36293970) is limited to Clinical data extracts, which are used exclusively in the DMW integration and are not available/accessible in Oracle Clinical One Analytics.

Study data elements are not loading after using drag-and-drop

Now, the page loads successfully after using drag-and-drop to move study data elements such as STUDY_ID_NAME and STUDY_TITLE in the Kits and Randomization Design Dataset.

Admin API calls are not producing a result

Now, Admin API calls no longer fail to produce a result. This issue was caused by an Oracle internal change to the View Only for Unblinded Support Users (template) study role that has been corrected.

The Unblinded visits REST API v6.0 requires excessive time to execute

Now, due to improved pagination, v6.0 of the Unblinded visits REST API generates in an acceptable amount of time.

SCHEDULED_FROM_EVENT_NAME incorrectly displays the visit title refname

Now, the SCHEDULED_FROM_EVENT_NAME correctly displays the visit title, and a new data element displays the visit title refname. Previously, the visit title refname was displayed under SCHEDULED_FROM_EVENT_NAME.

Existing records in all applicable datasets where the SCHEDULED_FROM_EVENT_NAME column is present have been corrected; this includes the related DMW-loaded extracts DHVW_RAND_KITS_DESIGN_DATASET_V, DHVW_SUBJECT_VISITS_V, and DHVW_UNBLD_KITS_DATASET_V.

A new data element, SCHEDULED_FROM_EVENT_REFNAME, was added to the Event folder for the following Analytics datasets to address this issue going forward.
