Analyzing your patients' data throughout a study has never been easier. With the Subject Data Analysis dashboard template, available in Oracle Clinical One Analytics, you can now oversee relevant parameters for patients during different stages in a clinical study. This dashboard assists you in making sound medical decisions, improving your subjects' safety, and improving the quality of your study's data.

Remember this template is available to you so that you don't have to create a dashboard from scratch and rather customize it to meet your needs. All you have to do is download the template, re-import it, adjust filters and tweak the data. For more information, see Customize templates.

Before you work with this new feature

Each predefined dashboard is built by leveraging an existing dataset in Oracle Clinical One Analytics. Because of this, you must have access to the respective dataset before you can view data in a corresponding dashboard. To work with the Subject Data Analysis dashboard, you must have access to the following datasets :

The Subject Form Items dataset
The Subject dataset

In Oracle Clinical One Analytics, the Subject Data Analysis dashboard leverages the existing functionality by combining data elements from multiple existing datasets. The main features of this dashboard consist of displaying the demographics of a subject, the events schedule, the severity of each adverse event and the concomitant medication, as well as lab data and other vitals of a subject. With this combination of key features, you can use the Subject Data Analysis dashboard in a variety of use cases:

To identify a subject's crucial data such as ethnicity, age, gender, and much more.
To monitor the progress of a patient on their study journey.
To detect the occurrence of adverse events, their duration, and the concomitant medication that was administered during the course of the treatment.
To get an overview of the lab test results during a subject's medication period.
