Form associations are now reflected in ODM-XML extracts

Association between forms is now reflected in ODM-XML extracts. Within the extract, form associations are presented as sets of transactions, conforming to the CDISC standard.

To reflect form associations, the new KeySet and annotation elements are added to the clinical data and metadata responses.

A study's dashboard now displays all subjects

On the Home page, the total number of a study's subjects is now displayed on a study's dashboard, regardless of site status.

Previously, the dashboard would only count subjects at active sites.
