New Study Codelist datasets
You can now work with the Study Codelists dataset in Oracle Clinical One Analytics to create reports to identify the current global and study-level code lists, as well as the historical changes to the code lists configuration.
- Reference all code lists available for an organization and their details, such as: title, description, type (system or custom), localization, as well as codes, values and labels.
- View all available code list items in multi-select questions, instead of just selected choices.
- Reference the study codelist dictionary when reviewing clinical data extracts.
- Review updates made to a code list at the study level.
- Review updates made to code configuration at the global level.
The Study Codelists dataset is available to any user assigned the new Run the Analytics Study Codelist Dataset permission. Global level codelists data is available to global users assigned with the Code List Manager or the Oracle Admin roles. If you are a sponsor user who needs to work with this dataset, make sure you reach out to your user administrator or Oracle point of contact to get the appropriate permission.
You can find additional information regarding these datasets and their permissions in the Analytics User Guide after the Release Assessment Environment (RAE) upgrade.
