New User Assignment Across Studies report

Global user managers and study creators can now run a report that identifies the roles assigned to specific users across studies.

About this feature

The User Assignment Across Studies report can help Clinical Research Associate (CRAs) with the following:

  • Provide a dashboard to view users and their roles across studies.
  • Compare permissions of the roles across studies.
  • Recognize specific user activity to find a suitable replacement.
  • Identify users from studies that had access temporarily or permanently removed.
  • Find users that should be removed across studies.

Here's what's new for you:

  • On the Reports tab, you will see a new report called User Assignment Across Studies.
  • When you select that report, a Settings side panel will appear on the right, prompting you to filter data in your report. You can perform the following actions:
    • Select one or multiple user names, but never all.
    • Select the study mode in which the study user has access (under Study Mode)
    • Include or exclude permissions assigned to users in one or multiple study roles across studies.
    • Include or exclude decommissioned studies.
    • Select the file type of the report export whether it's CSV, HTML, or PDF).

Already working in a live study?

Use the report for existing studies as soon as the upgrade completes.
