New notifications for scheduled reports

You can now receive various notifications for scheduled reports depending on their configured setting.

A variation of notifications are sent to the user who creates, activates, or deactivates a scheduled report.

Notifications

Users with the Schedule Reports to Run permission can now receive several new notifications for scheduled reports:
  • The Report Scheduled Created notification is sent when a scheduled report has been created.
  • The Report Scheduled Activated notification is sent when the Scheduled Report toggle for a report is turned on.
  • The Report Scheduled Deactivated notification is sent when the Scheduled Report toggle is turned off.
Each notification includes the following details:
  • Study name, ID, and mode
  • Report name
  • Report schedule
  • sFTP location
  • Date scheduled
  • The user the report was scheduled by
  • Notification recipients
