Default label for a stratum group is now translated

Study designers: Now, when your application's language preference is set to Japanese, and you create a central stratified randomization, you will notice that the default label for the stratum group is displayed in Japanese. Previously, these default labels were still displayed in English (Issue 32902693)

Some error messages related to custom enrollment groups are not translated

Study managers: Now, when your application's language preference is set to Japanese, validation error messages for custom enrollment groups are fully translated. Previously, on the Create Custom Enrollment Group dialog, when you entered incorrect text in fields or left them blank, you may have noticed that the validation error messages were not fully translated in Japanese. (Issue 32891833)

Regions with similar titles are allowed in the system (former known issue)

Study managers: On the Study Settings tab, there is now a validation that prevents you from using duplicate titles for the regions in your study. Previously, you may have noticed that you were allowed to create regions with similar titles. For example, you could create a region called “Region A” and another region called “Region a”. That is because the Title field was not case sensitive.

Retracted workaround: We recommend you do not use duplicate or similar titles for multiple regions in your study. (Issue 34251662)

Oracle Help link for custom enrollment settings not working (former known issue)

Study managers: Now, the Oracle Help Center URL displayed in the Custom Enrollment Settings section works as expected. Previously, when you clicked the link, you may have noticed that it did not work.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 32956426)

Certain columns on the Study Settings tab are not translated to Japanese

Study managers: In the Visit Settings table, the columns titled Site Enters Visit Dates and Site Edits Visit Dates are properly translated to Japanese. Previously, the titles of these columns were not translated to Japanese, even though you had selected Japanese as your preferred language.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 32908869)

Local lab values not translated to Japanese

Sponsor users: Certain local lab values (such as years, months, days) are now properly translated to Japanese. Previously, these values were still displayed in English. Keep in mind that local labs may use custom code values that are added in English (and not translated by the system). The following values are now translated:
  • Lab Unit: the default code value called "Sample";
  • Normal Text Result: the default code value called "Sample";
  • Fasting: The code value called "All";
  • Gender: The code value called "All";
  • Race: "The code value called "A''.

Delayed user creation when uploading duplicate files in parallel

User administrators: Now, all users are created without delay when you upload a template containing identical user and role details, while the first upload is still in progress. Previously, when you attempted to upload a duplicate file, while the first file was still in progress for a study or multiple studies at your organization, you could encounter a delay in user creation in Oracle Clinical One Platform. This was caused by a delay in the service responsible for user creation in Oracle Clinical One Platform. (Issue 34039516).
