The Oracle Clinical One Platform chat landing page points to a different URL

Now, when you open the Oracle Clinical One Platform live chat in the application, the chat connects to the appropriate Oracle Support URL (which is https://hsgbu.custhelp.com). Previously, the live chat was pointing to a different instance of the same URL. (Issue 34982023)

Login dialog title is not translated to Japanese

Now, when you sign out of the application and sign back in, the Login dialog title is translated to Japanese, as expected. Previously, even though your language preference was set to Japanese, the Login dialog title was still displayed in English. (Issue 32941159)
