Configuring Digital Registration Templates
Configure the guest self-service form used for Digital Registration.
Digital Registration templates define the form a guest sees when completing registration before arrival or during check-in. A template controls the eligible reservations, the form fields shown to the guest, which fields the guest can edit or must complete, legal links, and optional branding.
Templates can be configured at the property or chain level. You can create a default template and more specific templates that apply to reservations matching selected criteria.
Adding Digital Registration Templates
-
From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, Chain and Property Management, then select Digital Registration.
-
Click New template.
-
Select Guided process to configure the template step by step, or select Manual process to complete all configuration on one page.
-
Enter a unique Template name and a positive Priority, then confirm the configuration level and property or chain context.
-
Configure the matching rules, guest form content, legal content, branding, and preview.
-
Click Create template.
The template's configuration level cannot be changed after creation. Create a copy to use the configuration as a starting point at another level. When multiple templates match the same reservation, the template with the highest priority, indicated by the lowest number, is used.
Configuring Matching Rules
Use matching rules to determine which guests see a template.
A template with no matching rules can be used as the default fallback template. The application prevents duplicate matching-rule combinations at the same management level.
-
From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, Chain and Property Management, then select Digital Registration.
-
Click New template.
-
Select Guided process to configure the template step by step, or select Manual process to complete all configuration on one page.
-
Enter a unique Template name.
- Click Continue.
- Select Market Code, Source Code, Rate Category, Room Type, Membership Type, Membership Level, Reservation Type, and Nationality.
- Add Priority, then confirm the configuration level and property or chain context.
- Click Continue.
