Arrivals management involves overseeing guests arriving at the property, including walk ins, day use arrivals, and groups.

You can filter reservations using the Search by name or confirmation field and by using any of the following information:

• Guest last name or guest first name (only full name searches)

• Reservation company or source or travel agent name

• Confirmation number

Or you can use the Advanced Filter option to find reservations by combining any of the following search criteria:

• Guest First Name and Guest Last Name (partial name searches possible)

• Membership Number

• Confirmation Number

• Company name

• Travel Agent name

• Source name

• Room Type

• VIP Code

• Block Code
