In this video, you will learn how to  lookup a profile in an external system

and then download the profile to OPERA Cloud. You can use this option when another system

manages the profile data and  integrates with OPERA Cloud.

Let's get started. To lookup a profile go to Client Relations,

Profiles, and then select Manage Profile. Next enter the guest's name, select the

external system from the Lookup Profile  drop-down list, and then click search.

Now, I see the tabs at the top of the search  results, each tab represents an integrated

external system. Click the tab to view

the profiles from the external system. The number of profiles returned from the external

system displays as a number on the tab. In this example, on the last tab I see the

number one next to the external system name. Scroll to the right to view more details.

In this example, I click the vertical ellipse and  then select the option to download the profile.

Downloading the profile adds  the profile to OPERA Cloud.
