In this example, I will follow the steps to create a new profile and then enroll that profile.

Let's get started.

In OPERA Cloud go to client relations, select manage profiles, and then select profile.

Click the I want to menu... and then click enroll guest.

This option creates a new profile and then enrolls the guest.

Alternatively, if you want to enroll an existing profile.

You can find the existing profile and then click the I want to menu.

Now, I select the enrollment type from the drop-down list.

In this example, I select Loyalty from the list.

I enter the guest's name, and then scroll down and select the type magnifying glass.

Select a communication type from the list,

and then click select. Enter the communication value,

in this example I enter business phone number and then an email address.

Next, I enter the guest's address. Click the Address Type magnifying glass, select

business address, and then click select. Enter the address details,

and then click enroll to add more details. Now, I see the profile was successfully
