Reauthorization of Released Credit Card Authorizations

You can reauthorize a previously released authorization on the same check using the Reauthorize released CC Authorization function key. Only operators with the required privilege can perform this action.

Note:

Not all released authorizations can be successfully reauthorized; this requires PSP support.
  1. Select the Enterprise, click Configuration, and then click Roles.
  2. Select the employee record.
  3. Click the Operations tab.
  4. In the Miscellaneous tab, navigate to the UWS Credit Card Options section.
  5. Select option 309 - Authorize or Perform Reauthorization of released CC Authorization.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Select the Enterprise, property, revenue center, or zone, click Configuration, and then click Page Design.
  8. Double-click the page where you want the function key to appear on the workstation, and insert a new function key named Reauthorize released CC Authorization.
  9. Click Save.
