The following EMC modules have consumer-facing content fields:

• Menu Item Definitions
• Family Groups
• Condiment Group Names
• Discounts
• Service Charges
• Tender/Media

Examples of consumer-facing content include:

• Consumer Facing Name
• Consumer Item Name
• Consumer Item Description
• Consumer Image URL / Consumer Image Description
• Consumer Family Group Name / Consumer Family Group Description

STS Gen2 exposes this content to users during point-of-sale transactions.

Additional consumer-facing content can be configured using Enterprise Properties and Property RVC Configuration. These modules contain property and revenue center location and contact information. Oracle-Hosted Image URL Guidance

For Oracle-hosted customers, image URLs stored in cloud storage should not be distributed to or consumed directly by downstream applications. These URLs are provided to allow external systems to retrieve images associated with Oracle configuration data and cache them in an environment that is appropriate for downstream use and consumption.

Import/Export Service

The Import/Export Service in the Simphony Web Portal supports access to all customer-facing field data available in the EMC.
