Feature | Scale | Delivered | Customer Action Required? |

CrowdTwist Reporting | Small | Enabled | No |
CrowdTwist Reporting
New Receipt Scan Report
- Scan Date: The date a member attempted to scan a receipt. This filter controls metrics related to scanning behavior including both awarded and rejected receipts.
-
Purchase Date: The date of purchase recorded from an awarded scanned receipt. This filter controls metrics related to sales from awarded receipts only.
- Receipt scan sales data is always fluid. Past sales data may change day-to-day as members are awarded for newly scanned past purchases within the parameters of your receipt scanning program.
- Award Rate shows the frequency at which members are awarded for purchases across all scanned receipts and reflects expected receipt rejections for scanned receipts that does not meet your Receipt Scanning requirements like Missing Purchase Date, Missing Store or No Qualifying Items purchased. Award Rate is not a reflection of Receipt Scanning Optical Character Recognition (OCR) performance.
