Integration Hub
Braze Integration
The CrowdTwist platform can now integrate directly with Braze. This includes User Profile, User Activity, and User Redemption Live Push connections. This can be configured directly in CrowdTwist’s Control Center by clicking on Integrations à Integration Hub and then clicking on the Braze tile to enter the required endpoint requirements.
Control Center
Permissions Rewrite
The permissions system in the CrowdTwist application has been updated to improve the organization, enhance control, and simplify management. Updates can be found in the Control Center under Program, Users.
- Simplified permissions structure: Permissions are now grouped under broader categories to reduce complexity. For example, most features under "Activities" are now governed by a single "Activities" permission.
- Enhanced client admin access: Client admins now have "write" access to all features, streamlining content management
- Permissions renaming: Several permissions have been renamed to align them with their updated functionality
- New permission levels: Permissions are now assigned in three levels:
- Reference: Allows users to fetch and display data that is related to other resources. For example, if a reward depends on a Prerequisite Activities list, users with Reference access can retrieve and show the activities list but cannot view the full details or perform actions like creating or editing the activities.
- Read: Allows users to view detailed information for a specific feature. This means they can access full pages of data (like viewing the full list of activities) and see the details of individual records.
- Write: Grants full access to modify resources (e.g., create, edit, delete)
- New Permissions:
- Member Care Activation Deletion: Controls access to activating or deactivating members and managing Deleted Members pages
- Member Care Points Capped: Allows control over adding or deducting points within the configured limits
- Member Care Points Uncapped: Enables control over adding or deducting points from a member’s account
- Member Care Verify: Grants access to verify member email addresses
Note: All the new permissions above require Member Care (formerly Member) access.
