This topic provides the systematic instructions to initiate the new Import LC Issuance request.

1. On Home screen, click Trade Finance. Under Trade Finance, click Initiate Task.
   The Initiate Task screen is displayed.

2. On Initiate Task screen, specify the fields.

   Note:

   The fields which are marked as Required are mandatory.
   For more information on fields, refer to the field description table below:

   Field	Description
   Process Name	Select the process name to initiate the task.
   Customer Id	Select the customer id of the applicant or applicant’s bank.
   Branch	Select the branch.

   Field	Description
   Proceed	Task will get initiated to next logical stage.
   Clear	The user can clear the contents update and can input values again.

3. Click Proceed to the next step.
