Customer Acknowledgment is generated every time a new Guarantee Advise Closure - Islamic is requested from the customer. The acknowledgment letter format is as follows.
The Transaction Reference Number is masked before sending the Draft Guarantee Advise Closure - Islamic for Customer approval.
