Outbound Collections Reverse/Recall Summary

  1. On Homepage, specify PCSOUREV in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Outbound Collections Reverse/Recall Summary screen is displayed.

  2. You can search using one or more of the following parameters:
    • Reverse Reference
    • Original Transaction Reference
    • Authorization Status
    • Record Status
  3. Once you specified the parameters, click the Search button.
    System displays the records that match the search criteria.
