Inbound Charge Claim Queue

Any repair type validation failure is encountered while processing inbound claims, the claim is move to Inbound Charge Claim Queue.

  1. On Homepage, specify PQSCLMQU in the text box, and click next arrow.
    Inbound Claim Queue screen is displayed.

  2. Click New button on the Application toolbar.
