A facility is provided to select records across multiple pages. Users must first query and list the required records on the respective queue screen. A new field, Select Records In, is available in the header of the multi-block. To select records across pages, select the All Pages option.
When the user clicks OK on the Bulk Action screen, the system displays an override message displaying the total number of transactions that is submitted for processing. Upon accepting the override, the selected queue action is applied to all applicable transaction records.
Note:
Bulk action is applied to all eligible transactions selected. Any transaction that is selected but can’t be acted upon is ignored during background processing.Parent topic: Exception & Investigation Queues - External
