3.9 Bulk File Action Support in Exception Queues

Bulk File Action Support in Exception Queues enables users to efficiently perform actions such as retry, authorize, cancel, reject, or delete on multiple exception queue entries simultaneously by uploading a file that lists specific records or details.

Multi records selection is provided for the following listed queues and actions.This is in addition to the multi-record support already mentioned for each queues:

Bulk Cancel and Authorization of Cancel is restricted for incoming and pass through payments from the following listed Queues:
  • Business Override Queue
  • Repair Queue
  • EAC or ECA Queue
  • Accounting Queue
  • Future Valued Queue
  • Sanctions Check Queue

Bulk authorize of Repair is restricted from Repair queue.

A facility is provided to select records across multiple pages. Users must first query and list the required records on the respective queue screen. A new field, Select Records In, is available in the header of the multi-block. To select records across pages, select the All Pages option.

When the user clicks OK on the Bulk Action screen, the system displays an override message displaying the total number of transactions that is submitted for processing. Upon accepting the override, the selected queue action is applied to all applicable transaction records.

Note:

Bulk action is applied to all eligible transactions selected. Any transaction that is selected but can’t be acted upon is ignored during background processing.
