3.1.2.1.3.3 View Exposure Tracking

This topic describes about view exposure tracking.

To view and manage all independent exposure nodes—whether created via Presets (GICS), Hierarchical (Custom), or Atomic.
  1. On Exposure Dashboard, select Atomic Exposure. Under Atomic Exposure, View All.

    This screen lists all configured independent exposure nodes, displaying the top-most exposure codes. To modify a record, use the Unlock option, which will direct you to the Exposure Maintenance screen, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

    Table 3-15 View Exposure Tracking

    Fields Description
    Exposure Type Displays the exposure type.
    Exposure Type Code Displays the exposure type code.
    Exposure Code Displays the exposure code.
    Authorization Status Displays the authorization status of the record.The available options are:
    • Authorized
    • Rejected
    • Unauthorized
    Record Status Displays the status of the record.The available options are:
    • Open
    • Closed
    Modification Number Displays the number of modification performed on the record.
  2. On View screen, select the Search icon.
    The View Exposure Tracking - Search screen displays.

  3. Specify the search filter to fetch the required details and click Search.
