This topic provides the systematic instructions to view the details captured for a claim that is to be lodged against the issued guarantee in the application.

1. On the to View Claim screen, click the desired Claim Number link to view the claim details.
   The View Claim - View Claim Details details screen appears.

   Field Name	Description
   Party Name	Displays the party name of the customer.
   Guarantee Number	Displays the guarantee number of the guarantee against which the user has lodged a claim.
   Claim Number	Displays the claim number of the lodged claim.
   Claim Status	Displays the status of the lodged claim.
   Lodgement Date	Displays the date on which the claim was lodged.
   Claim Expiry Type	Displays the expiry date of the claim.
   View Claim Details	This section displays the Claim Details.
   Date of Demand	Displays the date on which the demand was raised by the beneficiary.
   Demand Statement	Displays the demand statements.
   Demand Type	Displays the type of demand. The values are: Pay or Extend Pay Only
   Sender to Receiver Information	Displays the additional information of Sender to Receiver Information.
   Instruction	Displays the special instructions details which is fetched from Remarks field of OBTF.
   Claim Amount	Displays the amount to be claimed against the guarantee.
   Additional Amount Information	Displays the details on additional amount.
   New Expiry Date	Displays the new expiry date of the Guarantee.

2. Click Settle to initiate a settlement of Claim.
   The Bank Guarantee Settlement screen appears.
3. Click Back to go back to previous screen.

   Note:

   Settle button is not applicable for Claims under Inward Guarantee.
