1.2.11 Configure Email Driver

This topics explains the steps to configure the Email Driver.

To configure the Email Driver in BPEL, follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to EM console.
  2. Navigate to User Messaging Service folder.
    The User Messaging Service target navigation folder displays.

  3. Right click usermessagingdriver-email (soa_server1).
  4. Click Email Driver Properties.

  5. Specify the Sender Address and Default Sender Address (This ID will be used as sender address).
  6. Specify the supported protocols (SMTP).
  7. Select the mail access protocol (IMAP) as per the mail server specification.
    The Driver-Specific Configuration screen displays.

  8. Specify the Receive folder in the mailbox (INBOX).
  9. Specify the Outgoing Mail Server hostname or IP.
  10. Specify the Outgoing Mail Server Port.
  11. Specify the Outgoing Default From Address.
  12. Specify the Outgoing Username and Password if required.

  13. Navigate to SOA folder.
  14. Right click soa-infra (soa_server1) and select SOA Administration and then click Workflow Porperties.
    The Workflow Notification Properties screen displays.

  15. Select Email/ALL from the Notification Modedrop-down list.
  16. Specify the From Address, Actionable Address, and Reply To Address.
