3.2 Maker Checker

The Maker Checker functionality facilitates in two level authorization for any actions related to the records that are created in the application.

This means the records created by a maker are applicable once they are authorized by the checker. Similarly, if a record is modified, closed, or reopened, it needs to be authorized by the checker.
