User Profile

When clicking on this link, the user will be provided a view of their local profile. The user can update their email address and reset their password if using an internal authentication account type.

When hovering over the link, the user will be shown a Sign Out button that can be used to log out of Oracle Communications Unified Assurance.

Note:

Externally authenticated accounts cannot update their password from this UI.

The Preferences section contains additional settings that control how data is displayed in the UI, the timezone that is used, and so on. These values can also be changed unless locked at the User Group level. Contact the local system administrator if changes are needed that may be locked at the user group level.
