12 Resolved Known Issues and Known Issues in SDM 9.0

This chapter describes the known issues and caveats and limitations found in Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager.

The following table provides the defect number, a description of the defect problem and any applicable workaround for a defect problem and what release the defect was found or fixed, and if the defect was closed because it was non-reproducible, or some other state. Refer to the Oracle external database (Bug DB) defect tool for more information about defect states.

Workaround:
  1. Install the rpm package libicu-50.2-4.el7_7.x86_64.rpm at the OS level, and start the servers.
  2. Download the package libicu-50.2-4.el7_7.x86_64.rpm from the Internet
  3. Execute the command: sudo rpm - libicu-50.2-4.el7_7.x86_64.rpm

36376438 For an ECB device, a new dialing-context config element cannot be added directly under Geographic or Corporate through SDM.

Workaround: Add the first-level elements under Geographic or Corporate through device ACLI or ECB GUI. The added element is shown in the SDM GUI and can be used to add further child elements for that parent through the SDM GUI.

36394319 For an ECB device, address of record and lookup queries are not available to configure in LDAP configuration, as multi-instance parameters are not supported under single instance sub-element in SDM.

Workaround: Access or configure these elements through the ECB GUI.
