Add an Unassigned Device or Cloud Connector To an Organization

You can add unassigned devices and Cloud Connectors to organizations.

You must have administrative privileges to add an unassigned device or Cloud Connector to an organization.
  1. Select the Inventory tab at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the Inventory page and select either Devices or Edge Nodes from the drop-down.
  2. Select the unassigned device or Cloud Connector you want to move.
  3. Click the More Actions icon and select either Move Devices or Move Edge Nodes.
    Either the Move Device or the Move Edge Nodes drawer opens.
  4. Select the organization to which you want to assign the device or Cloud Connector.
  5. Click Move to complete the move or Cancel to return to the Inventory page.

    Note:

    It may take a few minutes for the Oracle Enterprise Communications Platform (Oracle ECP) to reflect the device assignment and up to 60 minutes for configuration and application updates to be available.
  6. Optionally, you can initiate an MDM refresh on the device to pull updates immediately.
