1 Accessing Oracle Cloud Native Session Border Controller Documents on MOS

This procedure describes how to access the Oracle Cloud Native Session Border Controller documents on MOS using any of the following options:

Access with Patch Number

This procedure describes how to access the Oracle Cloud Native Session Border Controller specific documents on MOS with the patch number of the release.

  1. Log in to MOS using the appropriate credentials.
  2. From the Oracle Support page, click the box labeled "Search for knowledge, service requests, and communities".
  3. Type "Patches" in the search box. You will see an option called "Patches and Product Certification Matrix."
  4. Select "Patches and Product Certification Matrix." This will take you to the Patch Search screen.
  5. Select "Patch Name or Number" as your search criteria.
  6. Enter the patch number.
  7. Click "Apply" The patch details will be displayed in a table.
  8. Click the patch name that includes customer documentation.

    The patch details page will open, where you can download the Read Me file, download the patch package, or participate in discussions about this patch in the community.

Access without Patch Number

This procedure describes how to access the Oracle Cloud Native Session Border Controller specific documents on MOS without the patch number of the release.

  1. Log in to MOS using the appropriate credentials.
  2. From the Oracle Support page, click the box labeled "Search for knowledge, service requests, and communities".
  3. Type "Patches" in the search box. You will see an option called "Patches and Product Certification Matrix."
  4. Select "Patches and Product Certification Matrix." This will take you to the Patch Search screen.
  5. Select "Patch Name or Number" as your search criteria.
  6. Choose Acme Packet OS as the platform.
  7. Select Oracle Cloud Native Session Border Controller as the product.
  8. Select the desired release.
  9. Click "Apply" The patch details will be displayed in a table.
  10. Click the patch name that includes customer documentation.

    The patch details page will open, where you can download the Read Me file, download the patch package, or participate in discussions about this patch in the community.
