Common Patching Issues
The following situations will generate errors:

- The OMS or the Management Agent are down
- The Software Library is not properly configured
- If there is no connectivity to My Oracle Support (in online mode)
- If there is no Management Repository
- If there are no collections
- If there are host or Oracle home security issues
- If there are inherent OPatch or SQL errors
- Oracle WebLogic Targets: If there are inherent problems with the SmartUpdate tool.
- Oracle WebLogic Targets: If there is problem discovering Oracle WebLogic targets reporting to the OMS.
