View Milestones in the new SR Details Page

You can now use the Show Milestones action on the Service Request Details page to view a table of all milestones associated with the service request.

This enhancement lets users view milestone deadlines and statuses directly from the new Service Request Details page. Previously, milestone details were only available in the Service Request foldout and the Activities subview.

Steps to enable and configure

There are no setup steps required to enable this feature.
