Data Lifecycle Policies: Expire policies for SLA
The enhancements allows admins to
- Expire active SLA Instances of Contacts and Organizations by enabling canned policies.
- Active SLA Instances of Contacts and Organizations having Zero incidents associated with it can be expired via the policies.
- Active SLA Instances of Contacts and Organizations having NULL incidents associated with it can be expired via the policies.

Business Value:
- Ease of Use: Enables admins to Expire SLAs by enabling canned policies.
- Lean Database: The admins can now purge the SLAs and ensure a lean database for the site.
Steps to enable and configure
The Oracle B2C Service Instance has to be upgraded to 26A version to enable Expire policies of SLA Instances.
