AI Agentic App: Product Readiness Workspace
Product Readiness Workspace is an AI-powered, agentic application workspace that helps product managers and cross-functional NPI stakeholders stay ahead of launch-critical milestones. Specialist agents continuously evaluate product readiness signals across BOM completeness, compliance, change activity, sourcing coverage, and quality performance—then translate findings into clear, prioritized actions to reduce late-cycle surprises and maintain programs on track.
By consolidating readiness insights and recommended next steps in a single location, the workspace improves visibility, accelerates issue resolution, and supports more confident go/no-go decisions.

Accessing Product Readiness Workspace AI Agent Application
After navigating to the agent application, you can change the focus to a specific item and organization by entering the following prompt in the Ask Oracle field:
Switch focus to {itemNumber}, {organizationCode}

Change Focus to a Specific Item and Organization
The app reviews the product Bill of Materials (BOM) for completeness across the BOM and its components and summarizes missing data or compliance issues. Beyond BOM completeness, the workspace analyzes pending change orders and identifies gaps such as missing alternate supplier sources, clearly highlighting areas that require attention.
The workspace also surfaces quality-related risks by analyzing problem reports tied to BOM components, helping teams quickly identify parts that may introduce product quality concerns. When issues are detected, the app proactively recommends actions and provides guided options to move resolution forward.

The app also analyzes change workflows and highlights items that require attention. For example, if the workspace detects an End-of-Life (EOL) notification from a manufacturer for a part, it can evaluate the impact of replacing that item. When you initiate the analysis, the app assesses downstream impact across the supply chain—such as on-hand inventory, open purchase agreements, and work orders—and presents a consolidated operational view to support timely decision-making.

Tips and considerations
The app can identify the compliance by reading the file name of the MPN attachment. If there’s no attachment with the name containing compliance certification, the app will indicate that the item is missing compliance.
