Agentic AI Assistant for Creating Rate Plans and Entitlements

You can now use Agentic AI to generate an allowance-based rate plan and its corresponding entitlement plan together by uploading a business document or entering a prompt. Supported document formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, and CSV.

A landing page displays entitlement plans created through AI, ADF, and Pricing and provides a Ask Oracle action to launch the guided experience. Users can review generated data before saving. Save creates both the rate plan and entitlement plan in Draft status, while Cancel discards the generated data. Plans can be activated later from the landing page.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips and considerations

  • This release supports the Allowance use case only. The rate plan and entitlement plan must be created together and can’t be created independently in this release.
  • Create the required Balance Code and Balance Profile setups in Subscription Management. 
  • We have introduced a new check box while creating a Balance Profile "Add charges and balance codes from the entitlement plan" this has to be checked for this flow to work.
  • Configure Price List, Product Association to the Price List,Charge Definition Codes and Unit of Measure (UOM) in Pricing Administration.

Sample Prompt for reference purpose only:

Create a consumption model for <Price List Name? and item "<Item Name>" and add a "<Rate Plan Name>" plan with <Recurring/One-time charge name> of $100 per month with 500 Each allowance per month (<Recurring/One-time charge name>) and additional usage to be billed at $ 0.1 per Each. Use Balance Profile "<Balance Profile Name>" and Balance Code "<Balance Code>".

Users must be assigned both the Subscription Specialist and Pricing Administrator roles.
